“Acquisition of a new 200 tonne crane
Continuing its ambitious investment programme, the Port Enterprise of Skikda, has received a new state-of-the-art 200 tonne capacity harbour crane.
The LIEBHERR crane (total weight 570 tons), with a maximum lifting capacity of 208 tons, has a maximum reach of 18m, and a minimum lifting capacity of 47.8 tons (under hook), and a maximum reach of 58m.
The crane is equipped with an automatic spreader with a lifting capacity of 40 tonnes.
This acquisition, which reinforces the company’s fleet, will allow us to improve our handling services with the aim of better meeting the needs and requirements of our customers, with a view to a strategy of continuous improvement in the quality of services provided to customers.
